For a band with the history and following of The Charlatans, sticking a logo on a cheap T-shirt and calling it done wasn't going to work.

We created a bespoke merchandise range for the band's UK tour, spanning apparel and collectable print, with an emphasis on authenticity, production quality and making things fans would genuinely want to take home.

We produced T-shirts and sweatshirts using Heat Transfer Vinyl for a crisp, durable finish, alongside posters and postcard books.

Rather than producing the entire run upfront, we operated on a print-on-demand basis throughout the tour, responding to sales from merchandise stands and online orders.

Popular line? Replenish it.

Demand changes? Production changes with it.
