Paper With A Story To Tell*
The paper is the print*
The paper is the print.
Speciality finishes put paper, texture and craft at the heart of print. When the stock is the statement, every fibre, shade and finish tells the story before a word is read.
MDR works with the world's finest mills - GMUND, GF Smith, Rives, Olin and Keaykolour - to produce stationery, brochures and collateral that feel as good as they look, with foil, letterpress and expert colour management personally managed from artwork through to the finished job.
Understanding Speciality Finishes
What is speciality printing?
Speciality printing uses premium or distinctive papers and print techniques - textured cotton, hemp and grass stocks, coloured paper, foil, letterpress, deboss and duplex - to give print real craft, texture and provenance.
From sustainable plant-fibre stocks to luxury coloured paper, speciality finishes are used for:
- Luxury stationery & letterheads
- Business cards (duplex & triplex)
- Invitations & event collateral
- Brochures & presentation folders
- Menus & hospitality print
- Packaging & premium labels
- Art prints & giclée
- Brand & corporate kits
